This is the oldest department in the company .The section involves the casting of metals.medallion,broches,imitation jewellry,badges of ranks and spare parts,lead seals etc

The process begins with the computerised graphics design of the artwork through etching,casting,plater either in gold bronze,silver and color fitting with Epoxy Resin

In its bid to diverisity ,Emcast Works Ltd started the computerised Embroidery/Monograms in 1989 which makes us one of the early company to introduce this product.In 1990, we started the creation of logos locally.Today we have over five thousand (5,000) customised designed logos in our library and we have the capability to digitise any logo within 48 hours.

Our Embroidery/Monograming can be on any flat fabric as well as front,Back and sales of caps.

The latest in our line of production is screen printing.for precision,we use computers for the design of our logos and have semi-automatic flat and cap presses.We can screen print on the following:
T-Shirt,Towel and any other flat fabric.
Caps of all kinds and shapes.
Mugs,Pen,pencil or any other.Umbrella,flask,plastic and leather.Labels Transfer printing.


we also specialised in using various types of links and toner such as water base,spot colours air dry,plasticol and transfer printing.
we can print a maximum of 4 colours on caps and up to 6 colours on flat fabrics.Our factory is equipped with industrial dryers,curing equipment including flash cure systems.
